Connecting Artists with Art Lovers

Forget white walls, and expensive artworks, we are here to help you find affordable original art, perfect for your home, you will love forever.

We are not your traditional art gallery. Yes, we operate in a bricks and mortar shop, but that’s as far as traditional goes. You’ll find the atmosphere and staff casual, relaxing and welcoming, so come as you are.

We are here to help you find that beautiful and original artwork. We care about and support our Australian artists and are continually looking for new talent. We believe in building relationships with our customers and artists alike.

You will find a large collection of art can be easily purchased through our website or at the gallery in Manly, Queensland.

We get excited
about everything art
and hand made

Manly Harbour Gallery offers you modern to contemporary art as well as a hand made, unique gifts in our gift shop. Opened by Jess King and Jenny McNamara-Furlong because of their love for art and everything unique and hand made.

Every artist and designer is passionate about their work and has an artist profile on the website describing how they see their art practice. Why not make a cuppa, sit down and enjoy reading through them, they all have a story to tell.

All our hanging art and sculptures are available for purchase outright or on lay-buy. We believe in quality art to suit all tastes and budgets.

We also carry a variety of unique, hand made pieces, including ceramics, jewellery, wood, textiles, scarves, bags and more in our gift shop.

All our artists are open to commissioned work, so feel free to contact us or fill in the inline COMMISSIONS form with any queries you may have and we will arrange for your new artwork to be created.

Come Say Hi

So you know who we are when you call or come in to visit, here is a little something about us.

Jess King
Jess KingCo-Founder

Jess is a landscape, seascape and animal artist. She is forever inspired by nature and the colour it holds and her paintings are a response expressed in colour, texture and movement. Her inspiration comes from her love of nature and exceptionally beautiful surrounds. She is currently working mostly on linen canvases to bring out the natural energy of the bush in her Australian bush series.

Jenny McNamara-Furlong
Jenny McNamara-FurlongCo-Founder

Jenny has experimented with various art processes and mark making techniques and been involved in and exposed to a variety of art practices. Combining techniques she has used previously with these new experiences, her artwork has evolved. Her current body of work still relies on bold colours and graphic images, but she has added the element of texture by using layering techniques and mixed media.
